If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or purchase Services. For minors, a parent or guardian must book, attend (as needed), and provide explicit written consent on the minor’s behalf.
  3. Nature of Our Services

Our consultations provide nutrition education and lifestyle guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not prescribe medications, manage emergencies, or replace medical care.

Always consult your doctor before beginning any plan, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have known allergies or intolerances. Please inform us of all allergies and intolerances before your first session.

Clients should continue all prescribed medications and medical treatments unless advised otherwise by their treating physician. Nutrition recommendations are intended to complement, not replace, medical care.

Nutrition recommendations are based on information provided by the client and are intended to support health and wellness goals. Individual outcomes may vary depending on numerous factors, including adherence, medical conditions, lifestyle factors, and individual response. No specific health outcomes, weight loss targets, symptom improvements, or other results are guaranteed

Our services are not suitable for medical emergencies. In the event of an emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately: 999 in Singapore, 112 in India.

    • Ensuring a stable internet connection
    • Providing accurate and complete information
    • Having a private, appropriate space for the consultation
In some cases, in-person referrals may be advised. We reserve the right to decline or terminate a session if technical conditions make it clinically unsuitable.

    You agree to:

    • Use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only
    • Not misuse the site (e.g., scraping, spamming, reverse engineering, or posting unlawful content)
  6. Booking, Payments & Pricing

Sessions are confirmed only after payment and acknowledgment. Pricing will be communicated during enquiry or prior to starting a plan. Payment must be made as advised.

Prices may change without notice but confirmed session pricing will remain fixed for the duration of the agreed plan.

  7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

    • Rescheduling: Requires at least 24 hours’ notice via WhatsApp.
    • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Less than 24 hours’ notice or arriving 15+ minutes late forfeits the session.
    • Plans: Non-refundable once commenced. Unused sessions expire on the plan end date.
    • Provider Cancellations: If we cancel a session, you may reschedule or request a refund for that specific session.
  8. Plans, Duration & Expiry
