The initial consultation includes a comprehensive assessment of your health, diet, and lifestyle, followed by personalised nutrition guidance. You’ll also receive a written plan with actionable steps, with ongoing adjustments and support.

The first video consultation is 60-75 mins, and the monthly follow-ups are 20-30 mins each, depending on your needs.

To help you stay consistent and accountable, plan dates are kept fixed once you start. If you’d like to continue your progress beyond your current plan, you can seamlessly move into a new plan so your support never feels interrupted. Most clients find that continuing for at least 6 months helps them build lasting habits and see sustainable results.

Diet plans work best when they are customised to your current health status. If you already have recent lab results (within the last 3 months), please share them—it helps me provide more precise and personalised guidance. In some cases, depending on your health condition/s, I may recommend specific tests to ensure your nutrition plan is safe, accurate, and effective.

Absolutely. For package plans, you’ll have WhatsApp/email access for brief queries between sessions, so you feel supported throughout.

Yes. I respect cultural, ethical, and medical dietary preferences. Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or follow another plan, your nutrition guidance will be customised accordingly.

Since nutrition counselling involves personalised time and effort, consultations are non-refundable once booked.
